Wanda Cultural Tourism Town (“Wanda Town”) is a representative successful project of Wanda's cultural properties. It is a creative large cultural, tourism, commercial integrated project of its kind in the world, made with decades' experiences of Wanda Group in commercial, cultural and tourism industries. It has three features, i.e.: the only of its kind in the world in terms of project idea, designed by design masters, Wanda owns IPR in the project. Guangzhou Wanda Town is the first project that Wanda Group developed in first-tier city. It costs total investment of RMB50 billion.
