CITIC Kai Xuan Lan An
CITIC Kai Xuan Lan An is situated at Meijing East Road, Gangkou Town, and the next door is The Affiliated Zhongshan School of SCNU. The architectural plan stresses exchange between neighbors. It forms enclosed yard space surrounded by landscape. Inaddition, the project has Spanish elevation, stylish pedestrian street, house layout design well-known for added value and functions, unique landscape design, in order to deliberately build up a "Spanish Sunny Town". Phase I of this project offers mainly townhouses and multi-storey western-style house equipped with elevators. Beside the project is a 33,000 m* wetland park, which allowing the residents here to be live a riverside life. The project provides underground parking lot, pedestrians and vehicles are separated from each other. The environment here is quiet and peaceful.
