Evergrande Dream Town, a large cultural tourism project developed by Evergrande, a member of World 500 club, takes it coreconcept to build a tourism estate of PRD integrating culture, resort, recreation, amusement and residence in one. The project covers a land of5,130 acres, depends on the natural scenery resources of Zhaoqing. Under plan the project will build a 27-hole golf course, forest park, dream botanic garden, 7-country hotel group, 6-country bar street, sports centre, Evergrande Movie Town, Children Toys RUS and other cultural, amusement facilities. Besides, it will also offer other types of products such as western houses, apartments, villas, all are well designed and surrounded by mountains and lakes.
